Overview

What this journey is about.

Very few operators in East Africa are equally qualified across mammal safaris and specialist birding. Our lead guide is trained in both, as a general wildlife guide and as an ornithology-trained naturalist. That lets us build combined itineraries for couples or groups where one traveller wants big cats and the other wants endemics, without compromising on either.

This is one of the differences Intra Africa Tours was built to offer. A single itinerary, a single guide, and time balanced across both interests, rather than two separate trips or a general safari where the birds are an afterthought.
